They were open on Monday, when every other restaurant in France seemed to be closed. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and the food was good and inexpensive. The Steak and Chips and Salmon and Veggie Rice were excellent, and they made a plate of plain rice for our 2-year-old. It’s a laid-back place, and I’d recommend it.

Handy for an overnight stop, with a café restaurant and bakery attached. The room was simple and clean, with its own bathroom, and had everything we needed for the night.

The room was reasonably priced and only a little chilly, so a warm sweater did the job. The location is great, about five minutes from the train station. I was disappointed not to see anyone from the staff when I arrived or left. Also, you hear every person who walks along the hallway.
