Neste De Jade

The rooms were really big and cozy, with lots of charging ports and even a smart TV. I’m giving only 3 out of 5 stars because of the breakfast service. They had a chart showing which allergens, like eggs, milk, and gluten, were in each item. As I don’t eat animal products, I liked the idea of not having to ask about every ingredient. But the chart was definitely wrong. It said the crêpes and all the cakes had no eggs or milk, not even traces, though they contained gluten. I really doubt those cakes and crêpes were egg free, so I didn’t try them. When I asked staff to check, they couldn’t tell me whether the chart was right. That could be dangerous for people with allergies. I hope they fix it.

The pool was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon after our cycling routes. We stayed in a beautiful room, with wooden touches throughout the hotel that made it feel warm and cozy. It’s close to the town center but still quiet. I’d recommend it and would love to come back.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and breakfast was a feast of carefully sourced local products. We arrived tired and left refreshed and elated. This must be one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in, with everything just right. The spacious room had a beautiful design that blended modern style with a mountain chalet feel, plus comfortable beds, lovely mountain views, and lots of high-quality linen and cushions. The sound of the nearby Neste d'Aure river made it feel magical. Merci bien Neste de Jade, nous revenons.

We were in a rush and couldn’t enjoy the local breakfast, but the staff let us use the microwave at 6:45am. The bedroom was cute and cozy, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly and great. It got a little warm in the room, as there was no AC or fan to cool it down. Thanks for the stay 😊🙏🏼
