We especially love Villard-de-Lans for its beautiful scenery and all the things to do in summer and winter, from hiking and downhill or cross-country skiing to ice skating and the wave pool. The house itself was quiet and comfortable, with a magnificent mountain view, a very well-equipped kitchen, and really lovely decor. Chantal and Gérard gave us a warm welcome, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Waking up to the Vercors mountain range is one of our favorite little pleasures. At La Maison de la Garria, Chantal and Gérard make you feel at home, with a new decorative or culinary surprise waiting when you arrive. It's one of those rare places where you can curl up by the fire under a cozy blanket with your feet warm. So, when can we come back?

After our latest stay, I can say this is one of my favorite places to recharge. We slept more soundly than we had in a long time, and the house was spotless, with every detail just right. Chantal and Gérard are lovely and attentive hosts. They answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and shared their love of the region with real kindness. The stay was pure bliss, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely encounters and for sharing this experience. It's a magical place for a family or friends' getaway, and the welcome is just as wonderful. Chantal and Gérard put so much care into the details and love sharing what makes the place special. Highly recommended.
