A family-friendly ski resort where the staff on the pistes, instructors, and shopkeepers all work hard to make your holiday great. Sport 2000 in L'Estalou was especially helpful.

We were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator, even though I was travelling with elderly people. When we asked management to move us, they wouldn't listen. They just sat behind their window eating cake, and I felt like I was a nuisance. The Pra residence is outdated and unsanitary, nothing like the website photos. They should update those pictures. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.
The resort itself is peaceful and lovely for a short, relaxing break, but the chalet stay was a bad experience. It was dirty enough that we had to clean it ourselves when we arrived. Check everything carefully before leaving. The location was also poor, too far from the resort, and the reception staff were unfriendly. The lights were dim and badly set up, the pillows too thin, and there weren't enough duvets. We had to bring the linens back to reception in our own bags because no bags were provided. There was even a “For Sale” sign in the agency's name on the chalet, great for souvenir photos, I suppose.
The chalet was roomy, and there are lovely walks and plenty to do. A really nice resort.
The apartment needs better upkeep, and the fridge is as loud as a washing machine. The only fix they offered was to switch it off, so apparently that's fine.
