Simon was generous with advice each day, from places to eat and sights to see to good hikes. His wine was great too. We could use the kitchen and even do laundry, which was handy. My wife and I spent a week here while exploring the region, and it made a lovely base. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a valley and vineyard view. Seeing sheep grazing next door each morning was a treat. Great for a short stay or a longer one.

Simon was friendly and full of useful information. His restaurant suggestions and tips on where to get picnic food were spot on. The property is lovely, and our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, looking out over the vineyard and the rolling hills. The town is quiet and quaint, just right for our two-night stop in the French countryside. We could have explored the nearby towns more with another day or two. We had a wonderful stay, thanks for everything, Simon! :)

The owners live across the courtyard and looked after our needs attentively. They let us use the guesthouse, with lovely bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a big terrace overlooking the Auvergne mountains. It’s a welcoming place in a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable setting. A must-stay if you’re in the area.
