Maison d'hotes, Gite, Les Batarelles

The outdoor space made a real impression too, with a griddle/barbecue, pétanque court, pool, trampoline, and football goal. Inside, the gîte was exceptionally well-equipped, from dishes and linens to the bathroom, sound system, and spotlights for musical evenings. It worked wonderfully for our Ascension weekend gathering of 15 adults and 9 children: no one felt cramped, almost every bedroom had a bathroom, and the large dining table had plenty of room. Tucked among the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards, it's ideal for birthdays or family gatherings. Pure bliss, highly recommend it.

The photos are accurate, but the place feels even more impressive in person. We booked it for my 30th birthday, and the weekend was great. There were about 20 of us and we weren't on top of each other. The quiet property has a magnificent vineyard view, plus a pool, pétanque court, ping-pong table, hammock, trampoline, and a large garden. The new owners are lovely and responsive. We'll definitely be back!

The boys especially enjoyed the pétanque court looking out over the vineyards, and we were lucky enough to spend time in the garden :-) We had a wonderful family celebration for our children's birthdays. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and the living room felt spacious and welcoming. I recommend this beautiful house and am keeping the address safe. Thank you 🙏

The cottage was spacious and practical, with plenty of things to do for both the children and adults. We had everything we needed for our family reunion weekend, and both our guests and we have very fond memories of it. Thanks to the owners for being kind and available, even remotely.
