I booked this hotel in Oct 22 for the rugby world cup, then they cancelled on 24th Aug 2023, 10 months later, leaving us without a place to stay during a busy period. Avoid it, I don't trust them at all. First they said the porter had overbooked, and now we're told it's under maintenance. I think they're more likely trying to get more money during the RWC!!! Crooks.
