⭐☆☆☆☆ I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There were cockroaches, the room smelled bad, and dirty paper had been left in the shower. The shower enclosure was in terrible shape too. The conditions were unacceptable.
2/10
We checked out and asked for a refund after only 15 minutes in the room. Cigarette smell was everywhere, including the bedding, and the beds gave us rashes. I can't believe an Accor group hotel could be this bad. A terrible stay. Stay away.
6/10
We slept well and found it comfortable for a night. The room was a little small, but the AC was very good. We were lucky to get a bathroom and toilet in the room for only €10 extra.
2/10
The rooms are compact and uncomfortable, and there’s no elevator.
2/10
We had a child with us, so finding the beds and pillows so dirty was unacceptable. We asked to have them changed, but were told they were all the same and our only option was to cover them. The bed itself was still very dirty. We requested a refund that night while checking in, but they said nothing could be done until the manager came the next day.
