Guillaume was a great host, and we had a perfect breakfast each morning. The apartments have plenty of comforts, with a lovely garden pool and a beautiful view toward the river. The beach, a mix of sand and stones with clear blue water, is very close. We also cycled all along the coast, which felt safe and was fun. A wonderful base for exploring the Côte d’Azur.

The pool and little river made the outdoor area such a relaxing place to spend time. Inside, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and we could choose what time breakfast was brought each morning. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Guillaume was the best part of the stay: really friendly, quick to respond, and there whenever we had a last-minute request. We'd happily return.

Guillaume was easy to reach and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question or a problem. The breakfast was delicious, and with a little extra cheese and salad, we had enough to carry on through lunch. The apartment itself was modern, roomy, clean, and well equipped. The green garden was lovely and peaceful. I can't think of anything negative about this little getaway.

Breakfast arrives in a basket at your door, and Guillaume was always there when we needed directions or anything else. The location is quiet and ideal, with the seafront just a five-minute walk away. Villa Louise-Rose was a pleasant surprise, clean and tidy too. There's a cooker, fridge, and dishwasher, plus a massive supermarket about a mile away if you'd rather make something yourself than eat out. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Nice.

A quiet, cosy place with a lovely yard and swimming pool. The bed is huge, the equipment is good quality, and everything is new. The staff are kind, and the owner seems to really enjoy the work, since they're so attentive to guests. Free private parking and a good breakfast are included. It feels like you get the full value of what you pay. Perfect for a rest.
