The shared kitchen is fully equipped, right down to the coffee maker. If you book all three bedrooms, you can cook there now and then, and it’s very good value, even better than being at home. The place is quiet, ultra-clean, comfortable, and well placed for visiting the Loire chateaux. Breakfast comes with homemade breads and jams, and there’s parking and a great shower. It’s an eco-minded three-bedroom B&B on a small farm, run by a charming, well-travelled French couple. One thing to know: the three guests share an eco dry composting toilet, which can come as a surprise if you’re not used to that. Even so, I rate it as an excellent place to stay for a few quiet days.

A beautiful house, furnished and decorated with care, set in peaceful countryside. Breakfast was a real treat, and the owners were kind, quick to respond, and full of helpful advice. A superb bed and breakfast.

We had two excellent nights here, sleeping on very comfortable beds and making good use of the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area. Out in the peaceful countryside, there’s a lovely courtyard with a magnificent oak tree. Véro and Guy made us feel so welcome, and they were kind, helpful, and clearly connected to nature. The food, made with produce from their garden and orchard, was delicious. I loved it 💖💖💖. I’ll be back next time I’m in the Berry region, or perhaps the southern part of Loir-et-Cher 🤗🍀✨. It’s well worth the detour 💖

The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was generous, high quality, and full of local and homemade products. A real treat, and thank you for a wonderful night. We stayed here between two days at Beauval Zoo. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and well equipped, and the lounge area had a sofa, games, a small kitchen, and a dining space. We also chose the hot tub, a relaxing way to enjoy the countryside and sunset. The place is 15 minutes from the zoo, shops, and restaurants. If you go, try eating at "La Cocotte 41". All the best!
