Avoid this place at all costs. The hotel is dirty, uncomfortable, old, and feels like a barracks. Worst in the area.

The pool was one reason we chose this hotel, but it had mold and green water, so it was unusable even in the high temperatures. Guests are mostly left to manage on their own, since there is no staff in the hotel apart from the breakfast period in the morning. We never received the room numbers and access codes that were supposed to arrive by SMS. We had to try several phone numbers before we finally got the information. The listing also says every room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. I still couldn't find those amenities, which seems like false advertising. Poorly organized, and a hotel to avoid.

The place is quiet, well located, and set in beautiful surroundings, so it could have been a pleasant hotel. But the housekeeping was disappointing. Rooms weren't cleaned every day, and even after 15 days the beds and sheets were still untouched. The rubbish wasn't emptied either. It took several complaints to get anything done, and even then it wasn't enough for anyone particular about cleanliness. The shared spaces were swept but not necessarily washed, and the stair railings speak for themselves. Paying was another hassle. The card machine was broken and they wouldn't accept checks, so I had to find an ATM several kilometres away. I got no receipt for the cash I paid in, and no invoice either. They said it would be sent, but a week later, despite my follow-up, I'm still waiting. Such a shame, because the hotel has a lot going for it.

The pool was in poor shape, with visible mud, and we had to call five times to get the access code. There was no reception at all, the hotel felt outdated, and there was just one power outlet in the room. Booking.com said all rooms had kitchenettes, microwaves, and refrigerators. I never found any of those. This feels like false advertising. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in. Run away.
