Ibis Deauville Villers Plage

The room was comfortable and perfectly fine, though parts of the decor are looking a little worn and could use a refresh. Reception were very helpful and had good information to share. The hotel is well placed for the beach and nearby areas.

We stayed one night while meeting friends for dinner. Our room was bright, cheerful, clean, and had the sea view we'd booked. The ladies at reception were cheerful too. Breakfast is continental, served in a nicely arranged space. They speak English, and parking at the hotel costs €10 a night. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.

I appreciated the shared space, and my room was spacious. I was there with my baby, who was 3 months old. There are only outdoor stairs to get to the parking, no lift. It's a 20-minute walk to the town centre.

Breakfast is included, and the hotel has a small menu if you want a bite. There aren't many places to eat nearby. The toilet seat is very low, which is awkward if you're tall, but for the price the stay wasn't too bad. You can pay an extra 10 euros for the hotel's indoor garage and add it to your bill. Across the street there's public outdoor parking, paid by the hour on weekends and public holidays. I'd ask for a sea-view room.
