The place is a disaster, and if I could give it zero stars I would. The residence is badly maintained. It took two months before anyone came to deal with the cockroaches. The foundations seem poorly done, and water doesn't drain away. Rubbish piles up and the shared areas aren't cleaned. They try to keep things from your security deposit to fleece you. Avoid this place, and if you have no choice but to come, don't let them fool you.

My son lived here for a year, from September 2025 to June 2026. The apartment was very nice and the location was great. Barbara, the manager, was excellent: attentive, kind, and always available. Highly recommended.

The main drawback was reception. Its hours are extremely limited, sometimes three or four hours in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, alternating with the desk at another property around the corner in the same neighborhood. I checked out at 11 a.m. and my return bus wasn't until around 3 p.m. They kept my bags until closing at noon, so I had to spend about three hours walking around with my backpack and luggage and couldn't do anything else. A more useful, efficient service for guests wouldn't take much. The apartments themselves are very nice, tidy, clean, and well maintained, with very affordable prices. The property is about 1 km from Part-Dieu train station, which you can reach on foot or by metro, about 300 meters away.

Avoid this place. The stairwell was dirty, with cigarette butts and spilled soda, and the building seems poorly constructed: the floors are uneven and water pools in the shower and sinks. The vacuum cleaners for tenants never work. They only partially refunded my security deposit without a valid reason, even though the person who did the inventory told me I wouldn't be charged. Staff were unfriendly, didn't answer emails, and couldn't manage administrative tasks properly, including keeping track of documents.
