The food was excellent, though a bit pricey on top of the room. We had a classic room, and it was comfortable, but the two single beds pushed together weren't practical for a couple. Conditioner and lotion would have been a nice touch. The pool, gym and sauna were available any time, and the hotel had a lovely style. A really relaxing stay, with great staff.

The refillable glass bottle and fresh spring water on every floor were a thoughtful touch, and I really liked the Nuxe bathroom products. I was there for a business trip, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient for both work and rest. Lunch from room service and dinner with my colleagues were both very good. Breakfast was satisfying too, especially the almond cake, and easy to fit in. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast looked like something from a homeless charity, and the place hardly felt like an Accor hotel. The staff spoke very little English. At checkout they refused to give us an invoice, saying the reservation had been made through booking. Booking always discusses this with hotels, and I've never had a problem before. Booking pays them, and doesn't ask them to issue an invoice to booking.

Mr Gaetan was amazing, and Monsignor Hassen and Mademoiselle Virginie absolutely rock! The whole team was wonderful, with five-star service at reception. My only suggestion would be softer pillows. Thank you very much! 💛🔥

There was plenty to do at the hotel and nearby, and the staff were helpful. The pool was especially lovely, and the sauna and hammam made for a relaxing stay.
