Le Mâconnais Guest House

The Pinot noir room had a lovely view over the vineyards and a porch that must be inviting in warmer weather. There's also a small pool when it's open. The location was very quiet, with parking that's easy to get to. We would've stayed longer, but the weather didn't cooperate, and we'd definitely come back in the warmer months. We were a 65-year-old German-American couple staying for two nights. Yasminah gave us an outstanding welcome, answered our many questions, and shared a thoughtful packet of information about local activities and attractions. The room was spotless and beautifully put together. The sturdy, modern furniture, quality furnishings, good appliances, and well planned kitchenette showed real care. Even the matching glasses, silverware, and plates were nice quality. Nothing felt compromised in the room or bathroom. The bed linen was a nice weight and good quality. A beautiful room, don't hesitate.

Yasminah and Guillaume made us feel very welcome. The apartment was lovely and spotless, and the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Coffee and tea were provided too. We enjoyed a tasty table d’Hote’s meal with gluten-free and dairy-free options. For our early start the next morning, the take-away breakfast was ideal. We'd definitely recommend the guesthouse and hope to come back.

Yasminah and Guillaume were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was nicely decorated and really well equipped, with a little kitchen, plus a cot and high chair for our daughter. It was clear they'd thought of all the details. From the terrace, we could see the vineyards, and breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade bread. We also really enjoyed the Table d’Hôtes. The food was tasty, and we learned more about the wines from the region.

Yasminah knows a lot about wine and was lovely company as she took us around the region's wineries, followed by a delicious lunch. Next time, we'd like to stay at their guesthouse.
