The shared bathrooms were filthy, with water across the floor, trash in the showers, holes in the walls, and body hair everywhere. The rooms were hot and uncomfortable with no AC, and the odor of weed was all over the hotel. Guests were openly smoking inside and outside, and staff did nothing about it. We’d booked for our group months ahead, but on arrival they said there were no rooms for us. After a long wait, we finally got rooms, and they were disgusting. There was black mold in the corner of mine. Others in our group found red, yellow, and brown stains on their mattresses. Completely unprofessional and gross. Avoid this place.

The location was awful. I spent 130 francs on taxis to get to and from Geneva, which wiped out whatever I’d saved by staying here. There are plenty of better choices in Geneva. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, so take this for what it’s worth: this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had across four continents. The hotel had a bad feel to it and barely any ventilation. Halfway through the night, the smell had me coughing. The rooms didn’t have their own bathrooms or showers. Reception closed at 9:30, which was a problem since I arrived at 11 PM. DO NOT GO HERE.

We were four, and the rooms were quite good. The hotel was a 9/10, and the reviews make it sound much worse than it is. We got good service. Just keep in mind that a side-car room doesn’t come with a private bathroom. For such an amazing price, that seems fair to me. I’d definitely book with this hotel chain again and really recommend it.
