I stayed in room 111 last night and wanted to thank everyone who made it such a memorable visit. Julie made up the room, and it was spotless. The staff were friendly and so helpful, and breakfast had loads of delicious choices. Loved it all. I'll definitely recommend it to friends, 10/10.

A solid basic hotel with a convenient location, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. There's secure parking for velo.

I don't understand. I arrived at about 11 in the morning and asked whether a room and breakfast for two were available. I gave them my passport and email address for registration, then they asked if I had a credit card. I don't, though I had cash, a V Pay card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. I still couldn't use the accommodation.

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful, and breakfast had a great selection. The hotel is in the walking center, with nice restaurants, Votré castle, and other places to see nearby. I really liked it. My one complaint is the missing gym, which shouldn't be absent in a chain like this.

The place is clean, well located in town, and the employees are very kind. But maintenance is clearly overdue. The doors, including the shower doors, need realignment. One of the breakfast machines is for juice, but it doesn't work. Guests leave their empty glasses there to make the problem obvious, yet nobody on staff seems to notice.
