Hôtel Mercure Vittel

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Mercure Vittel. The place was clean and cozy, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Thomas, Thibaut and Muhammed. Our room was just as clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything, we'd gladly recommend it.

The room was a good size, with a lovely bed and a large, comfortable bathroom full of natural light. We enjoyed both the hotel and the city during our one-night stay, and people around town were friendly too. The staff were especially welcoming. We arrived too late for breakfast, but when we asked about nearby options at checkout, they offered to serve us at the hotel even though they'd already cleaned the breakfast area. Definitely recommend.

You can open the windows to air out the room, which was nice. The shower screen doesn't close fully, though its length kept water from pooling on the floor. We appreciated the roomy bathroom, queen bed and proper-sized desk for working. It's a decent hotel, about a two-minute walk from the center.

The staff were really kind, and the location is spot on, close to the casino and Vittel center. The room looked nice but stayed a bit cold despite the heating. Mine was near the heating equipment and engines too, which made it somewhat annoying when I was trying to sleep.
