The kindness here was truly heartfelt. Car trouble, a flat tire, left us stranded on the way to Southern France, and we luckily came across this lovely hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant even better. They were flexible and understanding about our situation. Illness eventually forced us to cut our vacation short, but we still have only good memories of the hotel and Vittel. 10 out of 10!

The building is magnificent, and the owners and staff were so friendly, unlike anywhere we've seen. Our room was small but cozy and clean. Breakfast was good, though we missed having eggs. It was a lovely touch to be served by the owners when we came into the breakfast room. We'd definitely return.

The owner was bubbly and friendly, with service worth five stars on its own. This cozy, quiet two-star hotel has rooms with an old-fashioned charm, though some aren't very new. They're roomy enough, with the toilet separate from the shower room. The shower works well, but the mattress could definitely be better.

Laurent welcomed us warmly, and the room was clean with a good shower. The rest was fine, but I rate a hotel mainly on its bed. These were only 170 cm long, and at 183 cm I didn't fit comfortably. The mattress was too soft and bouncy, with a big lump that made for a bad night's sleep. I was glad I'd brought my own pillow, since my girlfriend woke with neck pain.

Peace and quiet, and a great night's sleep. The penthouse has a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, plus an office and lounge with luxurious sofas. In the morning, you can wander around the beautiful gardens and old buildings, then taste the past and present. This place is a hidden gem 🍀👌
