Breakfast was spot on, and the pool area was a nice bonus, with lots of loungers, a bar, and extra places to sit in the garden. The water was a little cold, but we still enjoyed it. We also had a drink at the bar with live piano music, and ate once at restaurant Zelie and once at the Italian place a minute away. We had booked this as a stop on the way to San Remo after seeing the photos on booking. The hotel turned out even better than we expected. Our car was secure behind a gate, with plenty of room in the parking lot. The reception and rooms were spacious, and we had a duplex for the kids. The garden is lovely, with some really nice details. You need a car to get to Chambery, but it's a beautiful city and well worth the trip. We'd happily stay again.

The staff were kind and professional, and the garden view was lovely. The spa is nice, though a little small. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and with one of the price offers, it feels like a real bargain.

The welcoming staff did their best to make us comfortable throughout the stay. Emmanual deserves a special thank you for being so kind and going the extra mile. I came here to unwind, and the mountains and quiet surroundings made it feel like a real escape. A wonderful stay, with hospitality I'd gladly recommend.

The garden looked beautiful even in winter, and the mountain views gave the place a real resort feel. We had an amazing breakfast, one of the best we've had. For our honeymoon, the hotel moved us to a larger room, which we appreciated, though a few personal touches would have made it feel more special. Our shower had poor water pressure at first. The staff moved us to another room quickly, and that fixed it. The spa was nice, but I wish the jacuzzi had been a bit warmer. The service was helpful, and it was clear the staff were trying to make us welcome. At the same time, they need to listen more and see the bigger picture instead of making excuses, because that left us feeling bad. The property has a lot of potential, and we'd like to return in summer. Bathrobes and slippers cost 15 euro to rent, which I found ridiculous.

The pool is a good size and warmed, and the hotel has a cozy feel, with plenty of well-equipped outdoor seating, a nice bar with a billiard table, and a Petanque court. The blackout curtains worked well, but sound insulation didn't. We could hear people in the corridor and in the next rooms, and the floors squeaked too. I really didn't like that, especially at this standard. There are no slippers in the rooms. Many rooms aren't accessible, with steps at the entrance and bathtubs instead of walk-in showers. The gym has no towels or water station, just bottles you have to pay for, and it's missing basics like dumbbells, a squat bench, and barbells. Service was sometimes slow because there weren't many staff, and they got orders wrong. Breakfast was average at best.
