The indoor pool was fantastic, and the restaurant was pretty good, with lots of different food to choose from. The staff work hard to give good service, and the location is beautiful. My room was clean and the AC ran reliably, though the room felt a bit dated, the shower was small, and the pillows weren't good. The outdoor pool is on the small side and becomes impossible to use when crowded. Loud music went on until 11 pm on four of our seven nights, which wasn't great, though it seems people like that everywhere. All in all, a pretty good stay, and you can't go wrong with Lou Capitelle & Spa.

The resort is in a beautiful spot, but the meals really let our stay down. We were there for three nights with lunch and dinner included, and the same dessert showed up three times. The chicken wasn't cooked through, while the pork was overcooked and tasteless. At least two other large groups were staying at the hotel, so breakfast felt like a scramble to get bread or coffee. Some of the buffet fruit looked about 20% rotten. I hope this spa improves.
