Le Val Dor

The ribeye was excellent, and everything else we tried from the menu was delicious too. The servings are generous, so don’t fill up too much at the buffet if you want room for the rest. There weren’t many staff, but everyone stayed friendly, quick, and smiling, even with the restaurant so busy. The waitresses worked hard to get the workers served and on their way without overlooking the other customers. It still felt warm and family-like. Well done to the kitchen and dining room teams. I’d happily come back soon.

The meat comes straight from the farm to your table, and the ribeye is a great choice if you want a quality steak. We’d booked a table indoors, but since the terrace was lovely, the staff kindly set one up for us outside without any fuss. We had an excellent meal.

We were invited here and had a nice time. The appetizer buffet had a generous range of meats, though there weren’t many vegetables, perhaps weekends are different. The welcome was friendly without being too much, and there’s parking nearby. A good place to eat, thanks.

The daily special was very good, and the buffet had fish or meat to choose from along with a nice range of raw vegetables. Everyone was very friendly. My one small gripe was the ribeye cooking: when I asked for it rare, I got it medium-rare. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Perfect, perfect, and perfect again! 😃
