L'Orée Des Bois

We arrived before the agreed time and were very grateful the hostess let us in early. She was lovely, and the outdoor areas were great. The room was clean and spacious, with a table and chairs outside, and there was a kitchen with a fridge. A lovely, quiet place in a French village.

The location worked well for walks, and the host was great. After driving around, my wife and I had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean, fresh, and had air conditioning and heating. I’d come back when I’m in the area again 🙏

The breakfast was so good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, along with the bread, croissants, and several jams. I also loved that the shower gel, shampoo, and jams were all organic. Iris, the owner, helped me discover this calm, peaceful place. There’s a charming landscaped garden, and the room was well organized with a very comfortable bed. It’s a real find, highly recommended.

The host gave us a very warm welcome and was so friendly. It’s also really quiet at night. The rooms are well equipped whether you’re staying one night or more, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen for making meals. Tables and chairs are set around the outdoor area. A wonderful discovery. I’ll be back.
