We had to stay in the area for two nights while our car was being repaired, but after one night at this hotel we moved somewhere else. The rooms were outdated and poorly ventilated. Breakfast wasn't worth the price, just powdered hot chocolate, mini croissants, and jam. The staff were very friendly, but there are better options for the money and quality. I wouldn't recommend this place.

For a one-night stop while travelling, it was perfectly fine. The room was clean and tidy, we enjoyed a swim in the pool, breakfast was really good, and we were greeted in a friendly way. Still, it needs a good renovation. Like many reviews say, it's quite outdated, and you have to open the French doors wide to clear the musty smell. The shower pressure and temperature were very good, but having to shower in the bathtub wasn't pleasant. We skipped dinner there, since we had time to visit nearby Château de la Ferté Saint-Aubin, which is highly recommended.

The stay was quiet and restful, and I thought the €80 price was justified by the pool and the flexible check-in and check-out times. We had a warm welcome and slept well in a basic but clean room. The timings also gave us room to settle in and sleep late. Breakfast was plentiful, and the person who greeted us was very friendly.
