Villa Les Palmiers

Villa des Palmiers was such a charming surprise. The place is quiet, beautifully decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. It had all the comforts we needed, and the breakfast was delicious, with a special touch I’ll leave as a surprise. I spent a night here with my family for my birthday. Jean and Sylvie gave us a lovely warm welcome. I hope Villa des Palmiers has a long, successful future!

The owner, who’s part of the third generation, was very welcoming and had plenty of helpful suggestions. The apartment is a beautiful 70 square meters. Breakfast arrives in a lovely basket with local cheeses, pastries, and baguette. The fridge is stocked with butter, homemade jams, orange juice, milk, and bottled water. Biscuits, sweets, and tea and coffee facilities are there too. Great!

Parking was a slight letdown, though getting to the place is easy enough. You can stop to unload your bags, then leave the car in a free lot farther away. The little apartment is cozy and pleasant, and we were warmly welcomed. Breakfast was excellent, the service friendly, and the owner was attentive to what we needed and wanted, and available with information.

Everything was clean and spacious, and the apartment had plenty of equipment. The fridge had the essentials, and the bathroom came with towels in every size. In this pleasant old house, a very friendly older gentleman served us an excellent breakfast. He even helped load our things when we left. We’d choose this place again on a trip to the Côte d'Opal.
