We often had the place to ourselves, which made for a really peaceful week, and Brigitte and her family still made us feel completely welcome. They were thoughtful throughout, even leaving our son two packets of sweets for his birthday. Our family suite was lovely, the pool was great, and breakfast came with delicious homemade cake every day. The charming farm and its clean, well-kept grounds were beautiful, and the house has art painted by Brigitte on the walls. We had a fantastic stay with our young family and hope to come back someday. A real hidden gem.

The hosts were so agreeable, and breakfast was terrific. Lovely rooms and a garden too. Great place to stay, couldn't ask for better.

We’ve stayed here twice, and it’s just heaven. Perfect hosts, and Bridggette speaks very good English. You can try, but you won’t find anywhere better. An absolutely excellent dream place for everyone.

The owners are so kind, they even left Easter chocolates that the children loved. We were a family of four adults and five children, including three teenagers, and everyone was delighted with the calm, rural setting. It was a magnificent place to recharge, with a ping-pong table, a ball court, and a swing. La Rochelle is 1 hour and 15 minutes away, Futuroscope is 55 minutes away, and the Marais Poitevin are nearby.

The swimming pool was the best part for me, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with breakfast especially generous. The hostess was attentive and generous, and the place is magnificent, decorated with great taste. Simply perfect, I highly recommend it.
