La grange de champagnac

We'd gladly come back, especially for Cedric's croissants. The rates are very reasonable, and there's a short loop walk through the countryside that's a lovely way to finish the day. Marielle and Cedric are friendly hosts, and dinner or a lighter evening plat is available, making for a nice meal and conversation. The renovated grange feels welcoming and comfortable. Rooms are pretty, cosy and very clean, with some having en-suite showers. There are also little treats, a kettle, tea and coffee. The hosts make lots of delicious food themselves and get supplies from nearby farmers. Highly recommended.

Such a shame we only stayed one night. It's a lovely spot near nature, done up beautifully in a rustic style, and breakfast is tasty and entirely homemade.

Absolutely superb!

Christmas Eve around that table was such a treat. Cédric, our chef for the evening, showed off his cooking and his comic side, while Marielle looked after us with so much kindness and care. Their easy rapport made the whole evening feel special, and we all wished it had lasted longer. I was in a campervan, so I didn't try the rooms and can't speak to them, though the rest of the place gave me a very good impression. With so many attractions in the region, I expect we'll return, park on their property and enjoy their hospitality again. I'd recommend their table d'hôtes and welcome to everyone.
