It’s a nice residence and apartment, but for €450 a night, already the price of a very nice hotel, it’s worth much less than they’re asking. There was no one to greet us. The TV was broken on day one, and the person who helped us get the keys stopped answering, so it wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon. The bedroom roller shutter wouldn’t open and apparently couldn’t be repaired during the summer, according to the person we only reached by phone. There was no espresso machine, and the sofa was very uncomfortable.

The residence itself is beautiful and well cared for, and the person who greeted us was incredibly kind. But the apartment was appallingly dirty, with mold in the fridge, freezer, shower, and sink. The freezer hadn’t been emptied, and the sheets were filthy, stained and with hair. There were lamps without bulbs, no curtains on the bathroom windows, and broken living room blinds that blocked the view. I paid a certain amount for this deplorable service and got no compensation. This has never happened to me before. UNACCEPTABLE. If zero stars had been an option, I’d have given that.
