Staff members who spoke English helped me feel comfortable during my stay in this French-speaking country. They were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well equipped. The hotel is right by the beach, with amazing sunset views, and its location close to the airport is very convenient for travelers. Food prices are a bit high, though. Still, it's a lovely hotel and I'd recommend it.

The reception staff were very nice, and the room was pretty clean, with a great bathroom and shower. The hotel is close to the airport, Wi-Fi is free, and the views are very nice. The breakfast buffet was horrible: it had only two pieces of old food, left over from the previous day, despite there being only five guests checked in. My sheets were stained when I arrived. There was no iron in the room, only one key per room, and the in-room phone systems weren't working.

The repairs and renovation have been going on for more than a year, and the hotel is noisy much of the time. Cleanliness also needs a lot of work. With COVID making things worse, I’m not sure whether the place will improve once the work is done. I’d avoid it if you can.

The Friday and Saturday dinner buffet has a great selection, from starters through dessert. Just be there on time, around 19h00, if you want to enjoy it properly.
