The lodge gave us the quiet break we were after, away from everyday stress. My daughter and I stayed for a lovely weekend, 13-16 Feb, in a clean, cosy place tucked into the woods beside the Deveron river. We spent the days walking along the river and the evenings curled up by the log burner. It was well equipped too. My daughter called it ‘idyllic’. We really hope to come back.

Helping herd the sheep was a highlight for my two boys, and we brought the dog along too. The whole site is gorgeous, and bonnie view lodge looked lovely inside, with unmatched views. Jason and ally were lovely people, checked that we were happy, and still gave us room to do our own thing. It was very, very clean and cosy. We had an absolutely amazing break, just what we needed, and we've already planned another visit. Thank you so much.

We spent four days at Deveron lodge last week, and the dogs had a great time too. The lodge was great, and its secluded setting and amazing surroundings were exactly what we wanted. Hoping to get back soon :)

The grounds are so peaceful, lovely for walks and taking in the river and its wildlife. I stayed in Sunflower Cottage with my two dogs, and found it very clean, homely and welcoming. They'd left fresh flowers and treats for us, a nice touch. The hosts are easygoing and very welcoming. There's also a fab Chinese and a local pub just a short drive away. I'd highly recommend it.

There are castles, distilleries and Pictish sites to visit, and the Moray coast is within reach, so the location works well for an interesting holiday too. We found it a perfect spot to relax. Ally and Jason have made a wonderful place beside the Deveron river, with the lodge tucked away in woodland, giving us peace, privacy and lovely walks. Inside, it was immaculate, warm, cosy and very well equipped.
