I had a horrible experience and would avoid this place. I booked two rooms through booking.com for my family and a baby. When they called to confirm the details, I told them about the baby and was then told they wouldn't accommodate babies. I asked for a refund, but they refunded only one room. Since I booked at the last minute, they had time to make adjustments. This felt like a money-grabbing business.

Handy for central Aberdeen and well worth stopping over. The host was great and couldn't have been more helpful. He's a fellow Mancunian, too.

We stayed one night while the Tall Ships were in town. The room was tidy and clean, and breakfast had cereal, fruit and pastries, plus cooked potato scones to eat in the room. There was also a small fridge in the room, which came in handy. It's close to the town centre and the bus and train stations.

Neil made us feel very welcome and was a great host. The cosy room was close to the city centre, and the WC /bathroom was always clean. A lovely bed and breakfast, I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner was so kind and helped me out a lot. He even found space for my motorcycle in his packed garage for the two nights. Breakfast was delicious, and this little B&B is close to union street, where you can find pretty much anything you need. Definitely worth staying.
