We came back because the children liked it so much on our first visit. The food was really nice, and the kids menu has generously sized portions that made them happy. There's a small playpark attached, plus a shop, so it's a handy place to drop in.

The accommodation is top notch, comfortable, and having a shop and bar on site is a big help. It's a lovely base for exploring the central Highlands. We'll definitely come back.

We picked the Bothy this year after spending a week in the Bell Tower last year. The hot tub suited us better than the steam room, and we made good use of it. The layout is nice and it's well stocked, but the place is getting a bit rough around the edges. Some extra care with preparation would help. The replacement fan and smoke detector are smaller, leaving bare ceiling visible, and there were grubby patches and a few other niggles. None of it ruined our week, but it's an expensive stay and could use some TLC.

It's been closed for a while. It used to be great, but I can't rate it while it's shut. Such a shame.

There was plenty of space in the house we rented for all of us, 6 adults and 4 children. We had a fabulous family stay, and the sports room with its pool table was great, as was the hot tub. We got out for walks in the woods and along the shore, and played the lovely little 9 hole golf course three days running. We'll be back.
