This was our second visit to The Kinmel in six months, and we’ll definitely be back again. We went as a family of four with our sons, aged 11 and 21, and booked a family room plus a double for single occupancy through the February deal. Great value for what you get. The spa facilities were a real highlight. We enjoyed them both in the morning and early evening. Our rooms were comfortable and well kept, with plenty of space to unwind. The hotel is well placed for exploring North Wales, with lots of attractions a short drive away. One evening we ate in the relaxed bar area, ordering from the main brasserie menu. The food was delicious, and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Every staff member we met was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. Another brilliant stay.

They kept us well informed throughout, even sending details of a Friday access road change and our breakfast booking slot. The self-serve buffet was excellent, and the staff kept it topped up, even when things got busy. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The function space and setup were superb. It’s a well-run hotel with great facilities, pleasant and helpful staff, and a good location near the A55 and open countryside. Guests clearly come first here. That’s very different from some other North Wales hotels I’ve stayed at recently, where good customer service seems to rest on reputation alone.

My best friend and I tried the winter package at the kinspa today, I think that was its name. It was honestly so lovely. The massages were really relaxing, the facilities were great, and the food was gorgeous too. The staff were so nice. Really recommend it 👌🏻

The £89 peace and pamper package with a couple of friends was excellent value. We had a lovely lunch with prosecco, plus a back, neck and shoulder massage. The staff were very attentive, and the facilities, including the restaurant, were good. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely people, so warm and engaging. The service was very good, and it’s a beautiful, warm place. My 4 year old still can’t stop talking about the extra scoop of yummy chocolate dessert they gave him 😁.
