We were six and had plenty of room to spread out and relax in this lovely cottage right on Aldeburgh seafront. It’s furnished and equipped with everything we needed, and it was very clean when we arrived. The location is superb. The stairs down to the kitchen are steep, which could be tricky for young children or older guests with mobility issues. Parking was difficult at first on an extremely busy day, but we found a space outside the house later.

Being right by the sea and close to what we think is the best fish and chip shop in town, maybe even the UK, was fantastic. The bright, airy sitting room has a lovely bay window. And the new large shower downstairs made all the difference after a swim.
