The countryside views from the beautiful spa were lovely, and those swim-up bar cocktails were 10/10. My partner brought me here for my birthday, and we had an amazing time. The food exceeded what we expected, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the service. I’d highly recommend it.

The dinner and breakfast alone make the stay worthwhile, and the packages that include both a meal and a night are good value. The rooms were comfortable and welcoming, and everything was very clean. The spa has a great balance of social spaces and quieter spots. I especially liked the sheltered summerhouse loungers, with blankets and heaters nearby, even when the weather wasn’t great. You can order drinks to your spot by scanning a QR code, and the swim-up bars are a favourite. The staff were outstanding: warm, welcoming and professional. Special mention to the F&B Manager & Assistant Manager, who clearly set high standards with their team. I haven’t been paid or incentivised to write this.

The pools were properly hot, never lukewarm, and the swim-up bars were a great touch. We did the Sunday Saver and thought it was amazing value. The spa is laid out so well that it never feels too crowded. Not having to use the changing rooms was a real bonus, and late checkout until 1pm meant we could change in our room and finish our spa time without rushing. We enjoyed the evening meal, and drinks in the spa garden were well priced. It has a 'Soho Farmhouse' vibe. We went to Carden Park recently, and this was head and shoulders better at half the price. Best spa we’ve been to, and we can’t wait to return.

The afternoon tea was gorgeous, and I’m vegetarian. I also loved the Temple Spa try-me samples. I’ve used their products before, so I already knew they were good quality. We were there from 10 to 2, and it was so relaxing. Even with hail and rain, the outdoor pool was warm enough, and the swim-up bar made it worthwhile. We tried the different steam rooms and indoor pool, which we had to ourselves for a good while. All the staff were lovely and calming, and the young blonde server was especially kind and professional. I’d recommend this spa and will return. You also get to keep the flip-flops and bag.
