Wendy left us a fantastic hamper with chocolates, wine, local biscuits and breakfast bits. The cottage has a few little quirks, which add to its homely feel, and the master bed is huge. I don't think it's advertised, but you can even see a little bit of sea from the bedroom window. It's a lovely, dog friendly home in Amble, just minutes on foot from the beach and dunes. The bars, restaurants and cafes were all fantastic, and the whole town seemed friendly. Great value for money too.
