We loved spending a week here. It felt private and secluded while still being close to a main road and the centre of Ambleside. Parking was tough, but once we’d got in, there wasn’t much need to use the car since everything was walkable. The place was well equipped, with a comfy large bed, and great value.

A characterful little cottage with hidden nooks and all the equipment we needed. The location is ideal for exploring Ambleside and going on local walks.
