We stayed between Xmas & New Year 2024 and couldn’t fault the service. It’s a beautiful, quiet location, tucked away, with comfortable rooms and a lovely home-cooked breakfast. If you’re a horse lover, there are also stables and gorgeous horses at the farm, which is a treat. I’ve already booked again for Easter 2025.

The hosts were first class, and the breakfasts kept us going for the day. The rooms felt welcoming and comfortable too. Even with a couple of wet November days, this was a beautiful B&B and well worth staying at.

We tried both the B&B and the caravan at Holmeshead Farm. Everything was spotless, and our room had an ensuite with lovely views all around. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hospitality was second to none. A little piece of heaven.

Judith gave us a warm welcome and a hearty breakfast at this lovely B&B on a working farm. It’s a tranquil spot, and the Drunken Duck pub up the road is worth trying for dinner.
