The breakfast was first class, with good quality produce, and Alex especially loved the homemade jam. Our room was spotless and roomy, with a luxurious en-suite and one of the best showers I've had. Robert and Catriona were perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. My partner and I had a fantastic two-night stay, and everything lived up to the luxury bed and breakfast label. Thanks for having us, we'll see you again soon. Highly recommend.

Robert and Catriona made us feel so welcome during our couple of nights at Brackness House. They even left birthday treats in our room for our special birthday break. Breakfast was delicious, and we had such an enjoyable stay. We've fallen in love with this part of Fife and hope to come back. Thanks, guys! We'd definitely recommend staying at Brackness House. Xx

The location worked really well, peaceful but just a short walk to the harbour and lots of places to eat. We loved the garden, which was full of birds, and the cabin with a pool table, darts, refreshments and an honesty box. The rooms were spacious, spotless and warm, even during an unusually cold May, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice and everything well cooked. Robert's scrambled eggs were delicious, and the full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. On the coldest morning, the piping hot porridge was just right. There was lots of tea, coffee and toast, and if you're lucky, Catriona's homemade apple jelly. Robert and Catriona were really welcoming and know the area inside out, so just ask them if you want tips on places to visit or eat. They made us very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back.

Robert was a very welcoming and helpful host, and we really enjoyed our two nights at Brackness. The cooked breakfast was lovely, with good quality ingredients, and there were plenty of cold options too. The homegrown apples were delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the B&B is well placed for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and the lovely coastline. We'd definitely consider staying again.

Robert was attentive from our first enquiry right through to the end of our stay, and the service felt very personal. Breakfast had a delicious range of cooked and cold choices. Our room was comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, with an en-suite, and everything was very clean. It's in a great location. We'd happily stay here again, thanks Robert!
