Dunsilly Hotel

I was here for five nights on a work trip, and the room was spotless, comfortable and nicely designed. The restaurant meals were delicious and the service there was excellent. From arrival onward, the staff made a real effort to make me feel welcome. Every part of the stay beat my expectations. I'd recommend it for the hospitality and will definitely be back.

The food was nice, served hot on hot plates, which you don't get everywhere. The manager and waiting staff were really attentive. It's easy to reach by car and there's plenty of parking. The lounges are nice too, with room for parties.

The staff were so happy to help with anything, honestly 10/10. Before I was even staying there, my car had frozen over one evening and a staff member brought warm water out and helped defrost it. I also saw them helping my colleagues with whatever they needed. I've never known a hotel team to be so welcoming, and I can't recommend them enough. I was at a conference at the dunsilly this week and stayed one night. I had lunch at the hotel every day, plus dinner and breakfast on the night I stayed. The food was so good. I'm vegetarian and often find my choices are limited, but that wasn't the case here. Everything I tried was unreal, some of the best vegetarian food I've had, and the portions were big too.

The pub food was great, and so were the rooms and the people. We had a really good time, though only stayed one night and wished we'd booked longer. I'm not sure why it's rated just 3, because it was much nicer than we expected.
