We were offered another place, but that wasn't much help when we're on a long-distance trek with no easy transport. My wife needs her assistance dog, and it was very frustrating to have to fight for access when others can enter without that difficulty. The dog is tiny, about 7 pounds and 9 inches tall, and needs no special space. The accommodation still refused to accept it, despite it being required by law. Very disappointing.

They apparently weren't insured for two people sharing a double bed. They also seemed unhappy about a late check-in, even though late check-in was offered as an option.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the place was quiet and spotless. The hosts were lovely too. I'd happily recommend it and come back.

Cherry Lodge, the smallest apartment, was just right for a few days away. It was clean and comfortable, whether you're there for work or a bit of leisure.

Margaret and Mervyn were so polite and lovely. I felt safe there, and everything was clean and tidy. Loved it! :)
