Everything at The Pines was excellent on our two-night stay. The apartment was just right for four adults and a teenager, and it was spotlessly clean, with lovely bedding and towels, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room. Booking and arrival information were smooth, and Claire was great to communicate with. We'd love to stay again and would highly recommend it if you're visiting the area.

A lovely, quiet setting, and we enjoyed spending time in the garden during our family break at the Pines. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. With Gleneagles so close, there was plenty to do.

The flat was sparkling clean, with great facilities, comfortable beds and a luxurious shower. It was easy to find, the instructions were clear, parking was good, and Gleneagles was just a very short walk away. We had a wonderful stay at The Pines and would absolutely recommend it and visit again.

Claire made arrival easy with clear check-in instructions and quick replies from the time we booked. The apartment was spotless, roomy enough for our family get-together, and had lots of thoughtful little extras. We all slept really well in the comfortable beds. It was handy being able to walk over to The Gleneagles Hotel for coffee or a meal, though we learned the restaurants needed to be booked ahead before we arrived. We had a great stay and plan to come back.

Claire made things easy from the start, replying quickly to our questions and being flexible about when we could get in. She even left delicious birthday cupcakes after I mentioned the celebration in passing. The apartment is close to Gleneagles Hotel, with plenty of activities nearby for families and golfers alike. Claire’s handbook also lists those activities and a good range of local restaurants. Inside, everything was spotless and modern, from the furnishings to the lovely fluffy white towels, and the owners have clearly put care into the details. It had everything we needed for a brilliant weekend, and I’d recommend the PINES to friends and family looking for a three-bedroom place in the area.
