The Cairngorm Suite was very spacious, with a double bedroom, a separate sofa bed area and a useful kitchenette stocked with a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. The finish and decor were lovely. Communication before we arrived was friendly and excellent, and it’s an easy walk into Aviemore. We could hear the restaurant toilets next to the room, especially the hand dryer, but the restaurant closes fairly early, so it wasn’t a big problem. We had a lovely stay at Sweeney Aviemore Two and would recommend it.

A heads-up for anyone planning to cook: bring some kitchen basics. The kitchen is large and lovely, but most cupboards were empty. Dishcloths, tea towels, an oven glove, cleaning supplies, a floor brush and more dishes and cutlery would help. Having more than 5-6 of each item would mean less washing up. We loved the apartment and have already booked for next year. It’s huge, the largest place we’ve ever rented, and so convenient for town, with great parking just by the door. We hosted friends for New Year’s around the big table, and the TV area and fireplace made family gatherings cosy. The rooms are high quality, with wonderfully comfortable bedding. We can’t wait to return.

We were right by Delaney's restaurant, where the food was delicious, and close to the town centre. Nearby bars served excellent food and had some midweek entertainment. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with stunning decor and surroundings and a high standard of finish. Highly recommended.

We booked at the last minute for a snow-season trip to the Cairngorms. The room was clean and tidy, and getting in was easy with the door code sent before we arrived. There’s plenty of space in the free on-site car park, and the central Aviemore location was brilliant. We chose breakfast and enjoyed it, and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely return.
