I only planned to stay three nights after checking in on Monday, February 16, but ended up extending my visit. The rooms were fresh, modern and beautiful, with comfortable beds and pillows and good central heating. The menu had lovely choices, and the food was nice. I got to know several members of staff, including the chefs and cleaning team, and everyone was spot on. There was always someone available to help. I couldn’t fault anything or anyone. Thanks to everyone at Savoy 5, I’d happily stay again.

The location is great, and the rooms are big, clean and really comfortable. The staff were both professional and helpful, and breakfast was included for good value. It’s the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Ayrshire. We’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast had a lovely range of choices, and I’d happily stay here again. I was only in town for one night on my own. The double room wasn’t very big, but it worked fine for me. The fresh, modern decor was nice, the bathroom looked very up to date, and the bath sheets were big.

We first booked for just three nights while our home was being refurbished, then decided to stay longer. Savoy 5 is in a great spot, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Service was excellent. Bella, Jordan and Callum were especially polite, friendly and helpful, as were all the other staff. The restaurant food was excellent too. I’ll recommend it to our friends and relatives from the south of England.

We were a happy family here. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and the rooms were spacious. It’s dog friendly, with a small extra charge of £10 that I didn’t mind. Tastefully refurbished and good value, definitely worth a stop.
