Everything we've tried from the menu has been delicious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I've eaten here twice now. Both visits had excellent service and superb food, and I couldn't fault either one.

There was everything I needed in the room, and it was perfect. The website could have made it clearer that this is an unmanned guesthouse. The unnecessary emails and texts are really annoying, though. This could all be dealt with in one go. Stop it.

The room's luxury touches, like quality toiletries and coffee pods, made a difference, and the restaurant and bar served beautiful food. All the staff were lovely. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this lovely gem.

We had a quick, pleasant breakfast outside in the sun with the dogs. The staff were very friendly, and they provided dog biscuits and water. It's handy for Ayr town, though the road nearby is a bit noisy.

I loved the bedroom furniture, and the hotel was stunning and spotless. The room had everything we needed, including air con, a full-length mirror, an iron and board, and a brilliant shower. I'm ill and always cold, so it was lovely to have heating in the room. The location was perfect, and we loved our stay. My one complaint is that there's no manned reception, just codes. It felt weird not speaking to anyone. I'll definitely be back.
