The beach is amazing and just a few minutes away on foot. We’ll definitely come back in summer. It’s a beautiful place to stay, and Lucy, Paul and Finley the Dog gave us such a lovely welcome. The cottage was immaculate, warm and cosy.

May Cottage made our visit to this part of Norfolk even better. The accommodation was superb, spotlessly clean and arranged with such thought, so everything we needed was there and comfort was clearly a priority.

Bacton was a great base for visiting local attractions, including world ranking gardens, and we had three glorious days of sunshine. We spent those days at May Cottage Bed and Breakfast, which was just perfect. Carol and Jeff made us feel very welcome and served the very best breakfasts. Every comfort was taken care of. Jeff and Carol were wonderful hosts and knew the area really well. The B&B was beautiful, with a clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast. Its location near the sea was just right for a short break.

The owners were lovely, and we hope to come back. The property was fantastic, with everything we needed and a great welcome pack. We especially loved the Brownies. It’s also well placed for seeing this part of Norfolk.
