Locals clearly like this place, and that adds to its warm, homely feel. We ended up having an impromptu Sunday roast here over the weekend. Service was quick and friendly, and the food was great. One of us had the homemade soup to start, then we both had succulent roast beef. The portions are American sized, so, like several other diners, we needed a doggy bag to take home. The staff kindly supplied one. It's an unpretentious restaurant with good local fayre and its values in the right place. We'll return.

Nobody left hungry, and we'll certainly be back. The food was good in both quality and quantity, and the service was great. It was our first visit last night, and staff gave us a lovely warm welcome. The restaurant is nicely laid out and has a warm atmosphere.

We were 15 and Mechelle and the team greeted us with smiles. Everyone's food came out together and in good time, all the orders were right, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend it if you're thinking of stopping in for a bite.
