The park and nearby amenities are easy to reach, and Banbury has plenty going on. Sian made us feel at home, and her guest house served a really good breakfast with excellent service. A great place to stay.

The room was spotless and lovely, and there was a good range of breakfast choices. The host was very helpful, and the location made it easy to get to places nearby. I'd happily return if I'm in the area.

I was in the area for work and spent one night here. Sian was so nice, my room was clean and the bed comfortable, and breakfast was really good with plenty of alternatives to choose from. I'll try to book here next time work brings me back, and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Sian.

The rooms are small, but cosy and consistently spotless, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The internet is fast and dependable. Just around the corner from downtown, it's easy to get to the important places without traffic, rushing, or paying for parking. The host is friendly and helpful, remembers her guests, and makes the best English breakfast in town. Avonlea guest house feels like a place run with care. All the best to them.
