For a three-night business trip, this independent guest house was just right for the price. The host was polite and very helpful, everything was clean and tidy, and the internet and Wi-Fi worked without trouble. The English breakfast was great and worth the £12.50. Some of the building is old, so the floors squeak a bit. If that bothers you, try a Premier Bin without the character.

I was very disappointed. Booking.com showed free cancellation, so I canceled just an hour after booking, but the property charged my account the full amount straight away. I made countless complaints to both the accommodation and Booking.com, and it still took over three weeks to get my money back. That was unacceptable. I won't book with them again under any circumstances.

On a recent work trip, I had a lovely short stay at Easington House. Debbie was a fantastic host, friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, lovely, and beautifully clean. Easington House is a real little gem in Banbury. It's great to support a small business instead of a chain.

Banbury has an excellent range of bars, restaurants, and places to eat, and the house has rear parking with easy access to town. Deborah welcomed me warmly when I arrived last Friday for two nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

I stayed for three nights before moving house. The place was very clean, Debbie was a lovely manager, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was available if you wanted it, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. Couldn't fault it.
