We stayed in the two attic single rooms a couple of weeks ago, and the owner was lovely. Breakfast was superb, and the location is very central, though we didn’t get to explore Banff because we were there for an event. Having private parking at the back was a real bonus, although seagulls took their toll on Saturday night. Highly recommended. We’ll be back next year, all being well.

The owners were really nice and helpful, and I’m glad we chose this place. Our room was clean and well laid out, with spare blankets, hot water bottles if needed, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. The ensuite had hand wash, shower and shampoo gel, and plenty of towels. There was lots of choice at breakfast. I had scrambled eggs and toast, and there were also cereals, porridge, yogurts, bread rolls, jams and spreads.

A friendly, warm greeting came with plenty of useful information. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed. Breakfast was filling and very tasty, with lots of options. The location is great, bus stops are right outside, and on-site parking is available. We’ll definitely be going back.

I can’t complain about the room, but the woman who runs the hotel with her husband was very unwelcoming. Breakfast was served for just one hour, from 8 to 9, which was too early for very tired older travelers.

The hearty breakfast and handy location made this a great base for a golfing break. Everything was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was friendly. The hosts were fantastic, so we’ll be back soon.
